Application technology:
1. Watering of seedlings. The preparation is applied at the seedling phase while still in the sprouter or at the moment of planting the seedlings into the open ground: to be added into clean water or into fertilizer solutions. Lignohumate solution concentration – 0.02% or 200 g of Lignohumate A, AM, or 1.00 l of Lignohumate B, BM per 1000 l of water.
2. Foliar dressing* during spring growth of leaves. Application rate of the preparation – 30-60 g of Lignohumate A, AM, or 0.15-0.3 l of Lignohumate B, BM per 1 hectare. Consumption rate of the solution – 200 - 300 l per one hectare. Standard or low-capacity sprayers can be used.
3. Foliar dressing at the budding phase.
It is recommended to apply Lignohumate in a mixture with protectors and soluble fertilizers.
4. If an irrigation system is used, then the preparation is to be applied with water several times per season. Lignohumate solution concentration – 0.01% or 10 g of Lignohumate A, AM, or 0.05 l of Lignohumate B, BM per 100 l of watering solution. If drip irrigation is used, then the preparation is to be applied at the last or last-but-one watering 1 time each 7-10 days. Lignohumate solution concentration – 0.01% or 10 g of Lignohumate A, AM, or 0.05 l of Lignohumate B, BM per 100 l of watering solution.
Thus, thanks to the above described properties we have:
- increased drought tolerance;
- increased crop yield;
- better crop quality (higher sugar content in berries).
By virtue of its physiological requirements it is most preferable to apply to Strawberry a potassium form with addition of a set of microelements.
* - if early Spring frosts are possible, anti-frost waterings are recommended with a Lignohumate solution (80 -150 g/hectare of Lignohumate A, AM, or 0.4 – 0.6 l of Lignohumate B, BM) at a consumption rate of 1000-1200 l/hectare.
