Lignohumate in open ground plant breeding.

Use of Lignohumate in open ground plant breeding enables to: raise crop capacity and quality of products, enhance seed germinability and germinative energy, mitigate stress in plants caused by pesticide treatment, frost or drought, and accelerate vegetation.

The most efficient Lignohumate applications are presowing soil cultivation and foliar treatment of plants in vegetation period (to this purpose Lignohumate preparation may be mixed in a tank with pesticides and fertilizers).

Seed grain may be treated either immediately before sowing, using standard protectants together with pesticides and microelements, or in-factory, when Lignohumate is added to a mix intended for grain incrustation or pelleting. Due to its adhesive capacity, Lignohumate facilitates grain treatment with protectants. Also, Lignohumate contributes into inoculum enrichment with indispensable microelements and stimulates root system growth.

Foliar treatment of plants with Lignohumate may be carried out with any suitable equipment, including low-capacity and ultra-low-capacity sprayers and fog generators, as Lignohumate is fully water-soluble and contains no ballast. Foliar treatment mitigates plant stress, promotes photosynthesis, enhances crop productivity and quality.

Due to its adhesive capacity, Lignohumate facilitates grain treatment with pesticides. Lignohumate is high-concentration product containing 90% of humic acid active salts; it is fully water-soluble and contains no ballast. Our experts are prepared to offer customized Lignohumate preparations to meet client's specifications.

The following safety provisions apply to handling Lignohumate:

Lignohumate is rated as hazardous matter Class IV; its contacts with eye conjunctiva may cause irritation. Use of goggles and rubber gloves is recommended.

In case of Lignohumate contact with:

  • skin - wash affected areas with water;
  • conjunctiva, tunica mucosa of mouth, or respiratory tracts - liberally wash affected areas with water or 2% baking soda solution (1 teaspoon per glass of water).

Lignohumate containers shall be stored in a dry room, inaccessible for children and animals, separated from food products, at temperature -10 Ñ to +300 Ñ (liquid forms) or -200 Ñ to +300 Ñ (dry forms). Used packing materials shall be disposed as domestic garbage.
